Core Focus:

This role involves managing client relationships and providing roofing solutions for large commercial properties, community housing, and high rises. Responsibilities include addressing active water intrusion issues, conducting preventative maintenance, collaborating with consultant’s owners and representatives to resolve roofing issues, and delivering excellent client service through thorough inspections.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manages and grow sales pipeline daily by earning a relationship with the client.
• Surveys roofs, diagnose problem conditions, and formulates corrective solutions.
• Estimates corrective scopes of work.
• Prepares effective presentation packages using FCS software or spread sheets for short scopes.
• Delivers personalized presentations to our customers as required.
• Partners with project stakeholders to secure deals. 
• Assists clients by managing their roofing portfolios.
• Works with Sales Coordinator to create & transfer an excellent project budget and scope of work (Pass off) 
• Works with Sales Coordinator to aggressively track projects through project life      cycle within the FU-CRM software.
• Updates project status daily.

• Provides customers with an outstanding customer service experience.
• Adheres to required response/scheduling times.
• Achieves target KPI in relation to Gross Margin / labor hour and Gross Margin      dollar objectives.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Sense of Urgency and ability to multi-task. 
• Roofing, Real estate facility management and or construction background preferred 
• Goal oriented with desire to learn, grow, and earn. 
• Experience working within team environments.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish preferred. 
• Microsoft Office suite of programs. 
• Meets moderate physical demands of daily roof climbing.
• Strong commitment to early morning shifts and flexibility to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and different shifts.
