<h3>Job Title</h3>Customer Solution &amp; Integration Specialist<p></p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>As a <b>Customer Solution &amp;  Integration Specialist​</b><b>,</b> you will be a key member of the implementation project and service team, servicing and implementing Patient Monitoring solutions at our customer sites. The main goal of your role is to ensure successful implementations and positive customer experiences. </p><p>The majority of this position is targeted geographically within either <span><span>Storstockholm/Mälardalen,</span> </span>Lund or Region Västra Götaland office, but as a natural part of the service organization, travel outside this main focus area will be required, consequently willingness to travel is necessary for this role.</p><p><br/><b>Your role:</b></p><ul><li><p>Install, deploying, servicing and/or integrating patient monitoring hardware and software solutions.</p></li><li><p>Configuring, maintaining, and testing our products at customer sites and/or Philips Delivery Center in Upplands Väsby.</p></li><li><p>Responsibility for the whole implementation process, from planning through installation, go-live and handover.</p></li><li><p>Managing detailed quality documentation in adherence to medical directive standards.</p></li></ul><p><br/><b>You're the right fit if you have : </b></p><ul><li><p><span>Relevant working experience with DICOM, HL7 and Hospital Communication standards </span></p></li><li><p>A minimum of 2-3 years of related working experience with medical devices and understand the special character working in the hospitals is preferable.</p></li><li><p>Have a strong interest and affinity for IT solutions including knowledge on networking (CCNA, CCNP, CWNA, CWTS or equivalent) and IT infrastructures (VMWare, Hyper V, SQL Server) is preferable</p></li><li><p>Self-motivated, task-forced team player who is persistent in achieving the goals set.</p></li><li><p>Highly professional and knowledgeable approach to solving customer problems and ownership of own projects.</p></li><li><p>Driver's license (Swedish B) and willingness to travel</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>How we work together</b></p><p>We believe that we are better together than apart.</p><p>Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.</p><p><br/><b>About Philips</b><br/>We are a health technology company.
