• Team up with subject matter experts (SME's) to learn our organization's processes and systems, specifically in the areas of provisioning enterprise products

• Lead and participate in large cross functional teams

• Navigate the competing needs of multiple partners​

• In partnership with provisioning team leadership, engineering and product management, build and maintain backlog of changes, setting priority, and status reporting to leadership.​​

• Offer assistance to the provisioning team, addressing customer concerns and tapping into expertise to investigate, coordinate cross-functional teams, and resolve partner concerns.​

• Be a champion of scaling the business through automation by identifying ideas, building proposals, securing support for prioritization, documenting requirements, partnering with technical teams for development, testing solutions, and leading enablement and organizational change. ​

• Operationalize strategic plans for new product offerings and routes to market by testing, adopting, documenting, and communicating necessary changes. Completes defined integration strategies for acquired companies, including onboarding to new systems and processes, maintaining business continuity, and performing customer, financial, product, and user data migrations.​

• Creates and maintains documentation crucial to performing the role. Includes: job procedures, corporate policies, process flows, FAQs, and new hire onboarding documentation.​

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $98,800 -- $192,600 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
