By staying true to our shared values and combining decades of collective experience, we support our clients in building a safer and more sustainable future.</p> <p>LRQA currently operates across 50 countries, has more than 2,500 colleagues, generates £315m in revenue, and supports more than 60,000 clients across a diverse range of sectors and markets.</p> <p> </p> <p>Role Purpose</p> <p>To develop new business for LRQA in the Netherlands and grow existing customer accounts in the Netherlands.</p> <p> </p> <p>Location</p> <p>Hybrid working with expectation to work from Rotterdam office 3 days per week</p> <p> </p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <p>·       Responsible for the management of an array of existing accounts and expansion of the client base</p> <p>·       Generate sales as a result to achieve sustainable revenue growth.</p> <p>·       Interface with Operations and Service Delivery Support teams to retain current client base, to sustain current relationships and improve share of wallet / profitability of existing client portfolio. </p> <p>·       Identify growth opportunities to futureproof LRQA.</p> <p>·       Implement strategies to effectively manage the relationship so we can cross- sell our full range of professional services with viable solutions to meet their needs.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate the following:</p> <p> </p> <p>·       Experience in technical/engineering’ products and services will be a plus</p> <p>·       Negotiation and argumentation skills</p> <p>·       Ability to build strong working relationships</p> <p>·       Enjoy working in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.</p> <p> </p> <p>Diversity and Inclusion at LRQA:</p> <p>We are on a mission to be the place where we all want to work and we are passionate about embracing different perspectives because we understand the value this brings to our business, our clients and each other.
