We’re seeking a Business Execution Consultant to join our Enterprise Incident Management Command Center team in Charlotte, NC. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-stakes environments, brings a calm and analytical mindset to crisis situations, and is passionate about protecting people, operations, and infrastructure.
You’ll be part of a team that monitors global events 24/7/365, identifying and assessing incidents that could impact Wells Fargo’s customers, employees, and operations. Your insights and leadership will help guide timely, effective responses to emerging risks.
What You’ll Do:
- Monitor and assess incidents that may pose operational risks across our global footprint.
- Provide real-time impact assessments and escalate critical information to leadership.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to evaluate business impacts and support response efforts.
- Act as a liaison between EIM and core business groups during incidents.
- Support process improvement initiatives to enhance risk mitigation and operational efficiency.
- Contribute to the development of policies, procedures, and project plans.

Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in incident management, emergency response, or risk intelligence
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication under pressure
- Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change
- Empathetic and collaborative
- Experience working in a matrixed organization
- Technologically savvy (e.g., ArcGIS, Everbridge)
Ability to work a variety of rotating shift schedules.
Anticipated duty hours are primarily from 7:30AM to 3:30PM ET for this position.
This position will require some on-call, weekends, and holiday work as needed
