- Hire, lead, and mentor a team of Enterprise Sales Directors and Account Executives to meet and exceed ambitious revenue targets.
- Develop and manage relationships with key decision-makers at the executive and C-suite levels.
- Drive the full sales cycle—from prospecting and pitch to negotiation and close—on complex, multi-million-dollar deals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Experience to align messaging, support go-to-market initiatives, and improve customer outcomes.
- Analyze sales performance and pipeline health; forecast accurately and communicate results to senior leadership.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to proactively identify new growth opportunities and challenges.
- Champion a culture of performance, transparency, and accountability across the sales organization.
- Travel as needed to meet clients, attend industry events, and support your team.
Requirements
- 8+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with at least 3+ years in enterprise or national account sales leadership.
- Deep familiarity with the automotive industry—including dealer group dynamics, digital retailing, and OEM relationships.
- A strong, demonstrable track record of closing complex enterprise deals and scaling high-performing sales teams.
- Outstanding executive presence and the ability to confidently communicate value to C-level stakeholders.
- Proven ability to design and execute a strategic sales plan, track metrics, and drive pipeline growth.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Strong collaboration skills and experience working cross-functionally.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel domestically as needed.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future.
- Ability to sit for extended periods and perform extensive computer work, both of which are key aspects of this role.
