Requirements

About the role

Rokt is looking for a Staff Accountant to help support the continued expansion of our business, producing a high volume of timely and accurate work. Reporting to the Accounting Manager, the Staff should be self-motivated, detail-oriented, have a commitment to continuous improvement, be creative, and enjoy working in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced, and complex environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high volume of transactional work with accuracy and timeliness
• Monitor and manage the Company’s Accounting mailboxes

• Identify and remediate account discrepancies to produce accurate and credible financial information

• Provide superior customer service skills to internal and external stakeholders
• Research and resolve a variety of routine internal and external inquiries concerning account status, including communicating the resolution of discrepancies to appropriate persons
• Assist in the development and implementation of scalable accounting processes
• Assist in accounting processes such as month-end closing, cash, payroll, accounts receivable and accounts payable

Requirements

• Required Technical Skills:
• Intermediate level knowledge of G-Suite and Excel (including pivot tables and advanced formulas)
• Familiarity with ERPs (Workday preferred) and ticketing systems (JIRA preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal communication to provide clear and detailed responses
• Proactive and positive attitude with the ability to multi-task and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to prioritize, work effectively, and complete assignments in a timely manner
• Desire to identify problems and work to resolve them independently or with the team
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or similar field of study
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience
