The Senior Client Services Manager will help maintain existing business with current clients, grow business relationships with current clients and assist in bringing new clients on board. The Senior Client Services Manager will help our clients to better understand the full potential of our products and act as liaison between the client and the internal Client Services team. The successful candidate will also be responsible for collaborating with different internal departments to improve customer support programs and enhance customer satisfaction.

The Senior Client Services Manager reports directly to the Director of Client Services or the Vice President of Business Development.

What would you do in this role?

Essential Functions 

  • Manages large accounts and builds relationships with key personnel. 

  • Networks within national accounts to secure all business opportunities. 

  • Ensures internal company functions give the highest level of customer service to national accounts. 

  • Encourages revenue growth by inspiring clients to purchase additional services. 

  • Monitors incoming orders and ensures these are fulfilled effectively. 

  • Holds regular monthly meetings with internal stakeholders about key accounts. 

  • Investigates and resolves queries and issues raised by national accounts. 

  • Attends/holds business reviews to assess opportunities.

  • Develops open and effective channels of communication with each client that can be employed by other departments as well. 

  • Coordinates internal projects and determines the best utilization of resources to increase execution and customer satisfaction, both short and long term. 

  • Encourages revenue growth by inspiring clients to purchase additional services 

  • Becomes the reliable point of contact for each customer, who is required to establish a strong business relationship. 

  • Provides regular updates to clients on the progress of projects and programs that directly affect each client.

Supervisory Responsibility 
 
Directly supervise Project Managers and Senior Project Managers. 

 

Required Education and Experience 

7+ years relevant experience

Manages portfolio of large accounts/categorie
