Summary of Job Duties:

The Clinical Service Managers (CSM) in H6 is responsible for supervising and coordinating daily operations of the designated clinic/unit, including patient care and clinic/unit business processes.

 

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse license in the State of Arkansas 

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing 

• Five (5) or more years of clinical experience in field of Nursing 

• Three (3) years of experience in a supervisory or leadership capacity 

• Current BLS certification or must successfully obtain certification within the first 30 days of employment 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Master's degree in Nursing 

• National Certification
