Business Analyst Level/Senior

<p align="center">BUSINESS ANALYST LEVEL/SENIOR</p> <p> </p> <p>CRIF Group is looking for Level/Senior Business Analysts to be involved in the International Markets Business Information department.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Manage the functional analysis and definition of the Software Requirements Specifications document and other project related documents;</li> <li>Supervise and manage the test planning, definition of test cases and related documentation, management and execution of user acceptance testing;</li> <li>Supervise and perform the preparation, contribution and documentation of the analysis activities (gap analysis / preliminary analysis / detailed analysis / impact analysis);</li> <li>Leading training sessions for end users.</li> <li>Tracking and reporting on project milestones ensuring deadlines are met;</li> <li>Understand, innovate and collect the business needs working as a liaison among business stakeholders, IT people, third-party vendors and clients in order to analyze, document and validate the business processes</li> <li>Manage the envisioning process of new products and services whenever the business requirements are not fully clear or placed in a complex scenario;</li> <li>Participation to the pre-sales activities, presentation of the solutions/products to stake-holders;</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics or Engineering;</li> <li>Negotiation, communication and team working skills (projects’ team peers are spread over the world);</li> <li>Business Process Redesign and Workflow Design capabilities;</li> <li>Experience in Web application projects, with focus on user experience, effective presentation of data and information;</li> <li>Experience in processes and solutions in scenarios and applications of data transfer and data presentation;</li> <li>Proven experience in projects focused on analysis and delivery of IT solutions to customers;</li> <li>Fluency in English (needed in order to deal with colleagues and stake-holders from different countries)</li> <li>Strong technical aptitude, solid knowledge of web and digital technologies (SQL, XML, JSON, API, Web-Services, data structures, UX, UI);</li> <li>Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills;</li> <li>Team working and team management skills;</li> <li>Willingness to travel.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>  The position workplace is Bologna</p> <p>#LI-CC</p>
