TITLE: Payment Processor

DEPARTMENT: Accounting

DIRECT REPORTS:  None

REPORTS TO: Accounting Manager

PURPOSE:  

To work with and offer support to accounting department in all areas pertaining to posting.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Adheres to the practices outlined in the Radius Global Solutions information Security Management system, including:
  • On an ongoing basis throughout my employment, will understand and promote the Radius Global Solutions Security Management system.
  • Being a full participant in the culture of security at Radius Global Solutions.

• Post payments to proper accounts.
• Post adjustments as instructed
• Record insufficient funds to customer accounts.
• Run daily reports
• Process inactive checks for clients.
• Deposit Payments to bank
• Perform payment traces as needed (Audit prep)
• All other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent experience and/or training required.  
• No prior experience necessary, but must be familiar with basic computer functions.
• Candidates must have proven data entry skills.
• Excel experience required.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• General knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet programs
• Must be able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks while maintaining organization and attention to detail.

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Standard office environment.
