Blue Print Out is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Service Communications Assistant to support our client service and internal communication efforts. This position plays a key role in ensuring seamless communication between departments and with our clients, contributing to the efficiency and professionalism of our services.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing internal and external communications related to client services

• Prepare service updates, reports, and client communication materials

• Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner

• Support the coordination of service projects and scheduling

• Maintain accurate records of client communications and service issues

• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service standards

• Help develop and implement communication processes for service improvements

• Assist with administrative tasks related to service operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, or a related field

• 1-2 years of experience in a communications, administrative, or client services role

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
