Description

The University of Chicago's Department of Family Medicine seeks full-time Clinical Associates for renewable terms of up to two years. The appointees will provide direct patient care, including managing patients with complex sub-specialty needs, which will involve night and weekend coverage. Hospitalists working in these positions will work closely with the Department of Medicine, Section of Hospital Medicine, particularly within community practice locations. These positions do not require teaching or scholarly activity. Compensation (including a generous package of fringe benefits) is dependent on qualifications.

Prior to the start of employment, qualified applicants must: 1) have a medical doctorate or equivalent, 2) hold or be eligible for medical licensure in the State of Illinois, and 3) be Board certified or eligible in Family Medicine or Hospital Medicine.
