The Role

The Finance and Financial Reporting Manager plays a crucial role in providing accurate financial reporting and analysis, forecasting, and strategic insight to support our business.  They are responsible for consolidating and analyzing financial data from various regions, creating comprehensive reports, and offering actionable suggestions to facilitate well-informed business decisions.  A firm grasp of financial planning and analysis is essential for this position.

What Will You Do?

  • Ensure financial compliance of policy and procedures as it relates to Invoice/Concur approvals
  • Implement standardized accounting and reporting processes across all regions
  • Produce consolidated financial reports for management and BU leaders, encompassing financial results, key performance indicators (KPIs), and thorough budget variance analysis
  • Produce and review consolidated US GAAP compliant financial reports
  • Work closely with global business unit leaders to strategize and oversee their Profit and Loss (P&L) activities through collaboration and coordination
  • Provide analytical and quantitative analysis to support decisions related to the preparation of the annual budget and monthly forecast
  • Collaborate with global business unit leaders to develop their annual budgets and create monthly forecast
  • Assist with the annual global audit and the preparation of the financial statements and footnotes for the consolidated company
  • Monitor the global consolidated headcount and analyze KPIs for employee metrics including but not limited to compensation reviews
  • Participate, prepare, and present in monthly management P&L review meetings
  • Act as a back-up for financial analyst
  • Assist the VP of Finance and Financial Reporting on adhoc projects

What Will You Bring?

  • BS/BS Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field of study
  • 6-8 years of experience in financial analysis, forecasting, and/or accounting
  • Prior experience with planning solutions: Oracle (JD Edwards), Hubble preferred
  • Advanced Excel, Modeling, and PowerPoint skills
  • Advanced knowledge of budgeting, financial analysis, financial modeling, working knowledge of accounting principles
  • Advanced process documentation skills
  • Execute on special projects with a high degree of independence and minimal supervision by leveraging past experiences and instincts of business requirements
  • Showcase exceptional relationship-building and interpersonal abilities, combined with a proven track record of collaborating with leaders at the executive level
  • Exhibit proficiency in managing numerous projects, tasks, and priorities, all while adhering to set deadlines
  • Must be organized, analytical, detail-oriented and self-motivated
  • Employee may be required to work seasonal overtime to support the business needs of the company

 

Pay Scale: $83,277 - $120,000
