Marketing Supervisor, Email & Mobile Operations

• Responsible for the day-to-day execution of email/SMS/push notification marketing campaigns across DIY and Wholesale.
• Leads the deployment of email/SMS/push marketing campaigns
• Regularly review email related reporting to monitor deliverability, IP certification and mailing success
• Test/QA all emails before launch for accuracy, tracking, and readability across devices and email service providers
• Serve as a subject matter expert on email/SMS/push campaign operations and stay current with all best practices, strategies, industry standards and apply learnings to continually improve results
• Create SMS and Push Strategy plans, presenting and receiving approval from stakeholders.
• Expert in MessageGears, Litmus, Movable Ink and Vibes, and Airship Platforms, taking the lead on the day-to-day vendor relationships, training others internally on best practices and providing suggestions for improvements and use cases. 
• Manages multiple direct reports and provide professional opportunities and reviews.
• Work with the Data Operations team to translate business requirements into campaign audience selection strategies and rules
• Build and develop campaign list and logic within campaign management tool with minimal supervision

FORMAL EDUCATION: (GENERALLY, IF RELEVANT EXPERIENCE IS ACCEPTABLE, THE CANDIDATE MUST HAVE THREE YEARS OF WORK EXPERIENCE FOR EVERY ONE YEAR OF COLLEGE EDUCATION REQUIRED)

Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree  

 

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:

Required:

• 4-6 years’ experience working in enterprise-level marketing automation platforms
• Testing and optimization experience
• Excellent attention to detail
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills
• Continuously knowledgeable on email campaign best practices (functionality, cadence, deliverability, etc.)
• Experience working in enterprise Marketing Automation platforms

 

Preferred:

• Experience with HTML coding for email
• SQL Experience
