From the boardroom to the breakroom, our team members make a difference every day. Realty Income is hiring a Senior Analyst, Operational Excellence to join our Finance Operations team. In this role, you will ensure the successful implementation of Finance Operations projects and continually work to improve processes and implementation quality for said projects. You will work closely with Finance Operations leadership and team members to plan, lead, and implement technology projects including prioritization, resource planning, delivery, and reporting. What You Will Be Working On:Process Improvement & Automation

Lead the development of process design and technology solutions within the Finance Operations team.
Develop and maintain project management standards, templates for documents, and processes.
Take ownership of developing and maintaining the Finance Operations projects and initiative roadmap.
Coach and mentor Finance Operations staff on Lean/Agile best practices and strategize to improve Finance Operations operational performance.
Automate repetitive processes and tasks using leading technology (SQL Server, VBA, Power BI, RPA, BPM).
Support the Operational Excellence Management Team in the successful planning and implementation of Finance Operations and company technology projects.
Optimize Finance Operations processes and identify inefficiencies. Work with Finance Operations team members on solutions to maximize productivity.
Measure baseline Finance Operations project implementation performance and develop a strategy to create sustainable improvements in the Finance Operations department’s ability to successfully deliver project deliverables to project stakeholders.
Take ownership of identifying and prioritizing opportunities for process improvement within Finance Operations.
Train the Finance Operations team on new technology and automation developed.
Participate in regular meetings with company leadership to discuss project management, standards, innovations, and key project management objectives and concerns with other representative functional leaders and project leaders.

ERP Management

Review data and key reports to ensure data meets quality standards.
Coordinate with consultants and Yardi database experts to resolve data and technical issues.
Assist with the implementation of additional Yardi Initiatives and upgrades.
Assist with the coordination of enhancements, upgrades, and testing.

Reporting

Develop Power BI dashboards and analytics to support Finance Operations reporting.
Track portfolio activity to compile numerous portfolio reports that are used throughout the organization.
Create ad-hoc SQL queries and reports.
Understand business requirements through regular interaction with other departments and help develop and test custom Power BI / SQL reports.
Assist other departments with their reporting needs as needed.

What We Need From You:

We expect 3+ years of overall work experience in a related field.
Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Operations, or a related field.
Proficient with VBA, Excel Macros, BPM workflow solutions, RPA solutions, SQL, Power BI, data analytics, data visualization, and other middleware software solutions.
