Contract Operations Manager

The Contract Operations Manager will lead a team of Sales Contract Analysts and Sales Support Consultants in the Equifax Workforce Solutions business unit.

What you'll do:

• Determine, evaluate and distribute workload client service agents based on employee bandwidth, capability and business prioritization. Ensure appropriate resource utilization.

• Coach team members on appropriate process applications and partner with director on department initiatives and team needs.

• Analyze and document client business requirements and provide suggestions for solution development. 

• Implement solution through the application of knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to project activities to meet or exceed customer needs.

• Maintain daily metrics to identify trends to take action regarding staffing and process efficiency.

What experience you need:

• 3+ years people leader experience

• 3+ years with contract operational and/or contract review experience

• Bachelors degree preferred

What could set you apart:

• Experience collaborating cross functionally with sales teams, legal, etc.

• Experience using Salesforce, AO Docs
