As an Advanced Technology Manager, you will be responsible for sales, customer development & growth through advanced technology adoption, through value-added services & project implementation, customer training & support of implementing AT in customer practice, and demonstration of economic & medical benefits of AT technology implementation within the clinic this role for the north territory in Spain (Flexibility with location). A typical day will include:
Own & drive Advanced Technology-dominant Account sales and project implementation
Promote to Healthcare professionals and Clinic Managers the benefits of Advanced Technology innovations
Business consulting to cataract centers to grow their Advanced Technology business
Evaluate customer business to provide personalized guidance, training and tools to improve the overall patient experience & develop business further
Differentiate Alcon Advanced Technology Products from competition from clinical & value perspectives
Liaise with CAS to ensure excellent customer clinical training
Deployment of Value-Added Services, projects & training to support patient flow, selection & conversion to increase AT adoption
Drive more in-depth technical/clinical discussion of AT products required to generate demand and/or implement solutions
Initiate and drive local events that serve customer´s needs
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:
Intermediate English and fluent Spanish
Experience in Medical Devices, especially in Ophthalmology/Optometry
Clinic/Patient work experience
Knowledge of patient selection, conversion and promoting to patients concepts in a Cataract Refractive private clinic setup
Training & Coaching experience is preferable
Clinical/medical/HEOR project implementation
3 years’ experience in a similar role
Sales experience is highly appreciated
Excellent team working, collaboration, communication and negotiation skills
