Our cross-functional mobile teams cover a wide range of tasks, allowing  engineers to work on various product components. Plus, you’ll connect with our internal tech groups, helping raise the bar even higher.</p> <h3>WHAT YOU'LL DO 🚀</h3> <ul> <li>Contribute to the <strong>core value of the product</strong> by improving template discovery, the basic automation building experience, in-app monetization, developing new features for affiliates and infopreneurs, and advancing the Smart Inbox experience.</li> <li>Take an active role in meetings, offering insights and input to refine the product backlog and foster consensus during <strong>decision-making</strong> processes.</li> <li><strong>Shape our growth</strong> by helping evolve processes in the company and inside the teams, and onboarding new employees.</li> <li><strong>Work closely</strong> with other mobile developers and your manager to <strong>shape the overall development strategy</strong> for the mobile stream, aligning it with product goals.</li> <li><strong>Take ownership of results</strong> by committing to team goals and the product, ensuring accountability for the overall result.</li> <li><strong>Share your expertise</strong> with the external community by writing articles for our blog and participating as a speaker at professional conferences.</li> </ul> <h3>TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE 💥</h3> <p><strong>You'll need:</strong></p> <ul> <li>4+ years of experience in a product development driven environment, being an expert and domain owner as a Backend engineer.
