Position overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Cybersecurity Architect to join our team. In this role, you will lead the design and implementation of robust cybersecurity architectures for our clients, with a focus on securing products and supporting infrastructure in industries such as automotive and manufacturing. You will also mentor and guide a team of junior cybersecurity professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. This role requires both technical expertise and the ability to align cybersecurity initiatives with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cybersecurity Architecture:
  
  • Design, develop, and implement comprehensive cybersecurity architectures that align with industry best practices and client-specific requirements.
    
  • Integrate cybersecurity measures into all stages of product development, from initial design to final deployment, ensuring robust protection against emerging threats.
  • Utilize deep knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network systems to design secure architectures that protect clients' digital assets.

• Product Cybersecurity:
  
  • Lead efforts to secure products, including embedded systems, IoT devices, and other technology solutions used in automotive and manufacturing sectors.
    
  • Collaborate with clients to integrate cybersecurity practices into the product lifecycle, ensuring compliance with relevant industry regulations.
    
  • Conduct security assessments to identify and mitigate risks.

• Mentorship & Leadership:
  
  • Mentor and guide a team of junior cybersecurity professionals, providing technical direction, career development, and support.
    
  • Foster a collaborative and growth-oriented environment, encouraging continuous learning and professional development within Knightec.

• Sales & Client Interaction:

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them understand the importance of robust cybersecurity architectures and how they align with business goals.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue cybersecurity opportunities.
• Participate in pre-sales activities, including client meetings, proposal development, and presentations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring long-term partnerships.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, software, system architect, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity architecture, with a focus on product security.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity architecture principles, practices, and tools.
• Deep knowledge of ISO21434 and ISO26262
• Technical proficiency in the underlying mechanisms of computer hardware and software, and how they interact in complex environments.
• Proven leadership and mentoring experience, with the ability to inspire and develop a team of cybersecurity professionals.
• Work experience from automotive is a must.

Nice to Have:

• Ability to communicate in Swedish.
• Experience in sales support or business development in a consulting environment.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or CISA.
• Knowledge of emerging cybersecurity trends and technologies.
