Instructional Designer Specialist III

An instructional designer (ID) plays a crucial role in developing effective and engaging learning experiences.- 3 days onsite

Duties

• Conduct needs assessments and identify learning goals and objectives.
• Design instructional materials, including assessments, activities, and content.
• Develop engaging learning activities and compelling course content that enhances retention and transfer of knowledge.
• Implement instructional strategies using various delivery methods (e.g., e-learning).
• Evaluate the effectiveness of courses and instructional materials, making improvements as necessary.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), instructors, and other stakeholders to ensure accuracy and relevance of content.
• Stay updated with the latest instructional design trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Create accessible training with usability eLearning platforms.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience.
• Have Articulate Storyline experience.
• Must be okay with some travel domestic and international. (valid passport)
• Proficient using eLearning applications (Articulate Studio and Articulate Storyline).
• GovCon experience is a plus.
• Masters degree would be a plus.
