Position Summary:
The ARC Coordinator is the main point of contact for architectural items in the Community Standards Department which includes both implementing and enforcing the CC&Rs for CROA through the Covenants and ARC process while delivering professional services and outstanding customer satisfaction in line with the service level agreement and the company's guiding principles.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, receive, review and research all the ARC applications and correspond with residents to ensure that all material is included that is necessary for a thorough, accurate and complete review to promote community harmony and enhance the value of each community.

- Maintenance of accurate and complete records to implement the deed restriction enforcement and architectural review programs properly and effectively. This includes homeowner computer files, violation reports and correspondence, hearing correspondence, plan submittals (pending, approved, and denied), homeowner correspondence, reviewing plat maps noting the status of each lot, etc.
- Direct liaison for architectural and violation needs of the community.
