Laboratory Corporation of America® Holdings, an S&P 500 company, is seeking to connect with a Managed Care Finance Director who wants a multifaceted career in a fast-paced, challenging Revenue Cycle Management environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
Negotiation and strategy support for Local, Regional and National health plans including:
Pricing Development
Proforma P&L Analysis
Leakage & Total Spend Analyses
Internal and External Client Presentations/Discussions
Review and coordination of MCRC submissions including:
Executive Summary overview
Assumption validation
Pricing assessments
Associated business analytics
Development and maintenance of improved financial models for field deployment
Development and maintenance of CPT level pricing guidelines
Managed Care diligence support for potential acquisition targets
Support of IPA business
Market impact analyses due to exchanges/value-based reimbursement models
License/Certification/Education:
Requires 7-10 years of related Managed Care/Finance experience in the Laboratory Industry
BA in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred, but not required)
Required Skills:
High level of proficiency in Excel, Access (Essbase and/or Hyperion a plus)
Strong understanding of CPT coding and pricing technologies
Financial modeling background, preferred (Contracting, Pricing, M&A)
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
Travel required up to 10%

Pay Range $160,000 - $180,000 annually + bonus eligibility (see below).
All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.
The position is also eligible for an annual bonus under the Labcorp Bonus Plan. Bonuses are payable based on corporate and/or business segment performance and are subject to individual performance modifiers. Compensation may also include discretionary short- and long-term incentive packages.
