Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Licensed Industrial Electricians for projects located in the Notrees, TX area. This is a first & third shift opportunity, and the pay rate is up to $38.50/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:      

• Measure, cut, bend, thread, assemble, and install electrical conduit using such tools as a hacksaw pipe threader rules and conduit benders
• Install control and distribution apparatus such as switches relays and circuit- breaker panels and fastens in place with crews or bolts using hand or power tools
• Test continuity of circuit to insure electrical compatibility and safety of components using testing instruments such as ohmmeter battery and buzzer and oscilloscope
• Observe functioning of installed equipment or system to determine hazards and need for adjustments relocation or replacement
• Disassemble and repair defective electrical equipment or systems
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, panel schedules, and schematics
• Installation of cable trays of all sizes
• Use of fluke meters and megger devices
• Cable termination up to 500 Kcmil

Requirements

• Journeyman Electrician License or Apprentice Electrician License with 5+ years of Industrial Construction/Maintenance experience required
• NCCER Certification preferred
• Must pass drug screen
• Ability to fabricate and install rigid & aluminum E.M.T. plasti-bond and P.V.C. conduit
• Ability to use mechanical benders use hydraulic benders 2 4 fabricate and install conduit supports
• Ability to do wire and cable installation by hand by machine and in cable trays
• Proficiency with 555 (triple nickel) benders and 535 threading machines
• Competence in bending and running conduit of all sizes
• Must provide personal hand tools and a toolbox
