What You’ll Do:

• Perform residential service calls, troubleshooting HVAC systems with confidence and skill
• Conduct regular maintenance and safety inspections
• Educate customers on system performance and maintenance needs
• Maintain accurate documentation of service and communicate clearly with dispatch
• Ensure compliance with company standards and safety protocols

Requirements

• 1–3 years of residential HVAC service experience required
• EPA certification preferred (but not required for hire)
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
• Strong problem-solving skills and customer focus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
