Automotive Service Advisor

Shelor Motor Mile is currently seeking motivated individuals to join our service team as Service Advisors.

Job Duties:

• Answering incoming service calls
• Scheduling service appointments
• Greeting Customers and relaying service needs and concerns to technicians
• Building lasting customer relationships by providing first-rate service

Job Requirements:

• Strong customer relations skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Excellent organizational skills
• Proficient computer skills
• Professional appearance and telephone manner
