This role is responsible for managing front office operations, handling incoming communications, and providing administrative support to ensure efficient day-to-day office functioning.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Essential Job Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner</li> <li>Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls</li> <li>Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries</li> <li>Schedule appointments and maintain calendars</li> <li>Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area</li> <li>Provide general administrative support (data entry, filing, document preparation)</li> <li>Monitor and order office supplies as needed</li> <li>Coordinate meeting room scheduling and setup</li> <li>Assist with internal communications and basic clerical tasks</li> <
