Wilhelmsen Ship Management is seeking a skilled and proactive Marine HR Specialist - Crewing to lead HR operations for a designated fleet of vessels. This role is central to ensuring vessels are manned with qualified, certified, and medically fit seafarers, while maintaining full compliance with flag state and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage crew planning, placement, and database accuracy

• Oversee budget approvals and cost control for assigned vessels

• Ensure regulatory and internal compliance across the fleet

• Liaise with clients, vessel teams, personnel agents, and authorities

• Support audits, vessel visits, and emergency response efforts

• Monitor agent performance and contribute to welfare initiatives

• Drive HR process improvements and support KPI development

What You’ll Bring

• Minimum 3 years in maritime HR or seagoing experience (2 years as junior officer)

• Strong communication, decision-making, and organizational skills

• Customer-focused, team-oriented, and solution-driven mindset

• Excellent command of English

• Tanker vessel experience will be considered an asset
