Warehouse Associate (Days)

Description

Our Warehouse is currently seeking a motivated, energetic individual to join our day Warehouse team.  The Warehouse Associate is responsible for organizing draught and package material in the keg cooler, CEW and warehouse. Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Unloading incoming product loads.
• Place products in the warehouse, as agreed with the Warehouse Manager and in accordance with brewery rotation policies.
• Reloading of semis with empties and dunnage.
• Organize keg cooler.
• Put away draught loads.
• Pick and pull loads for drivers (Bulk & Side Bay).
• Pick and pull loads for customers (Hot Shots).
• Assist with stocking Pick Area.
• Assist as needed in daily and monthly inventories, as requested by the Warehouse Manager.
• Transport materials and items from receiving or storage areas to storage or to other designated areas.
• Other duties as assigned.

The work schedule is Monday through Friday, starting at 5:00 a.m.

Requirements

Education and Work Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Three to five years of warehouse experience preferred.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Ability to be forklift certified is required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Able to work overtime when necessary.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
• Operate various tools and equipment to include a computer, iPad, hoist, hand truck and various small hand tools.
