AlertMedia’s Global Intelligence Team is seeking a Lead Analyst (Supervisor) to join our Tactical Intelligence Team. In this role, you’ll lead a team of analysts responsible for identifying, assessing, and communicating real-time threats that could impact our customers’ people or assets. You’ll oversee operations across your shift, ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality intelligence reporting. Success in this role requires the ability to lead under pressure, prioritize rapidly shifting workloads, and maintain strong attention to detail while ensuring your team stays aligned and supported.

What you get to do every day: 

• Lead a group of Analysts on the Tactical Intelligence Team as they prioritize and analyze incidents that could impact business continuity and overall safety of our customers and their employees globally.
• Guide Analysts in communicating threats effectively and with urgency through AlertMedia’s platform, ensuring alerts are timely, clear, and actionable.
• Approve and finalize content created by Analysts before it is delivered to customers, serving as the last line of quality control — prioritizing accuracy, relevance, tone, grammar, and alignment with editorial standards.
• Coach, mentor, and develop Analysts by sharpening their critical thinking and judgment around threat prioritization and analytical skills, while also supporting their long-term career growth through regular feedback and development conversations.
• Collaborate closely with fellow Lead Analysts and team leadership to manage shift transitions, ensure operational continuity, and maintain consistent communication around evolving processes and platform enhancements.
• Partner with the broader Global Intelligence Team to refine monitoring workflows and regularly update sources, helping the team surface relevant information more quickly while maintaining high standards for speed, scope, and accuracy.
• Contribute to team-wide strategy discussions and help shape best practices, escalation criteria, and real-time response protocols during major global events. 

What you bring to the role: 

• 3+ years of experience leading a high-performing team in intelligence, physical security, threat monitoring, or a related field
• Confident decision-maker with strong judgment; able to assess complex situations, set priorities, and act with urgency
• Comfortable giving real-time feedback, fostering a growth mindset, mentoring and coaching team members, and building team trust
• Proven ability to coach, support, and develop employees at varying stages of their careers
• Skilled at managing shift dynamics — including workload prioritization, fast decision-making, and team coordination
• Strong communicator who can escalate effectively, advocate for the team, and keep stakeholders informed
• Brings a player-coach mindset — hands-on and engaged while leading by example
• Deep curiosity about global events and strong knowledge of current issues and risks
