The Role

We’re hiring a Production Supervisor to lead large, frontline manufacturing teams in a fast-paced food production environment. This role is accountable for shift performance—safety, quality, people leadership, and output—while ensuring production and packaging lines run on time, on standard, and on budget.

You’ll be hands-on, visible on the floor, and trusted to make real-time decisions that keep the business moving.

What You’ll Do
• Lead and coordinate production and packaging teams (up to 60 team members)
• Ensure shift output meets schedule, cost, quality, and waste targets
• Execute core operating systems including GMPs, SOPs, LEAN, TQM, and food safety standards
• Partner with Maintenance and Production Management on preventative maintenance planning
• Coach, train, and develop team members; support performance management and reviews
• Address performance or conduct issues quickly, fairly, and respectfully
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Scheduling, R&D, and Capital Planning teams
• Model strong leadership through presence, accountability, and a willingness to work alongside the team

What You Bring
• 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Prior experience supervising large production teams
• Food manufacturing experience strongly preferred (HACCP, SQF, QAI, Kosher, etc.)
• Strong safety mindset and working knowledge of OSHA standards
• Comfort using production scheduling systems and Microsoft Office
• Ability to lead with clarity, consistency, and urgency in a 24/7 operation
