About the Role

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll lead a team dedicated to keeping our communities safe, beautiful, and fully operational. This role combines hands-on maintenance expertise with leadership responsibilities to ensure resident satisfaction and property preservation.The Community Manager at Cypress View Villas is eligible for a 100% apartment allowance if living on-site.

What You'll Do

Property Maintenance

• Oversee and perform maintenance repairs across the property.
• Schedule and monitor preventative maintenance programs.
• Respond to after-hours emergencies as needed.

Operations

• Manage service requests using Yardi or similar software.
• Maintain budgets and inventory for maintenance supplies.
• Ensure compliance with safety and company policies.

Team Leadership

• Lead and develop a diverse maintenance team.
• Provide feedback and coaching for performance improvement.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to residents.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• HVAC-EPA (Type II) or EPA Universal certification is required.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification strongly preferred. Associates hired without a CPO certification will be required to obtain within 90 days of hire.
• Three or more years’ hands-on apartment or building maintenance experience required.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Experience with Yardi or other property management accounting software.
• Strong knowledge of residential plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repair work.
• Ability to read, write, understand and communicate in English.
• A valid driver's license may be required.
