Junior Program Analyst

Gritter Francona, Inc. is seeking a versatile Junior Program Analyst to support strategy and planning. This role is designed to handle the responsibilities of a junior analyst, ensuring seamless support for strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a background in strategic planning or program analysis and strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of strategic plans, focusing on IT needs.
• Conduct research and analysis to support strategic planning activities, including the evaluation of business needs and IT funding requirements.
• Create detailed reports and presentations for executive leadership, highlighting strategic priorities and project progress.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure strategic goals are met and aligned with overall mission and objectives.
• Support the integration of business architecture products and services, ensuring alignment with capability architectures and business process frameworks.
• Develop business cases and evaluate IT investment priorities.
• Provide insights into strategic direction and project progress to executive leadership.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
• 2 years of experience
• Prior experience taking meeting notes, interacting with upper-level executives, etc
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Excellent communication skills.
