Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a trusted strategic partner to the President of Freudenberg-NOK Sealing Technologies, anticipating needs, exercising sound judgment, and enabling executives to focus on business‑critical priorities.
  • Create high‑quality executive materials including presentations, reports, and summaries for leadership teams and board‑level audiences.
  • Coordinate complex topics across functions and regions, aligning timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables to keep initiatives moving forward.
  • Plan and support leadership meetings, workshops, and key events end‑to‑end, including agendas, logistics, content preparation, budgets, and follow‑up actions.
  • Drive structured meeting preparation and follow‑through, ensuring leaders are well prepared and outcomes are clearly documented and executed.
  • Manage complex calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements, while handling expense reports accurately and efficiently.
  • Support the Plymouth site and office environment, maintaining systems, documentation, distribution lists, and coordinating site‑related and facility topics as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience, with 5+ years in an Executive Assistant or similar senior support role.
  • 3–5+ years of experience supporting senior or C‑suite executives, with demonstrated ability to handle both strategic and routine responsibilities.
  • Strong business communication skills in English (German language skills are a plus).
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, and Excel, with confidence using digital collaboration tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence, with a natural ability to build trust and work collaboratively across teams.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 10%, supporting leadership meetings or events as needed.
