Production Supervisor - Overnight Shift

Overview

We are looking for a Third Shift Production Supervisor to join our Brookville, Ohio team and lead overnight production operations with a focus on safety, quality, and team development.

 

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and supervise third shift production staff to ensure daily targets are met

• Foster a safe and efficient work environment in accordance with company policies

• Monitor production lines and troubleshoot issues in real time

• Communicate effectively with other shifts and departments to ensure operational continuity

• Coach, mentor, and support team members with clear expectations and accountability

• Track and report on shift performance, including output, downtime, and quality

Qualifications

 

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment

• Strong leadership and team-building skills

• Working knowledge of safety and quality standards

• Ability to troubleshoot issues and drive continuous improvement

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Willingness to work overnight and adapt to a dynamic environment
