What you´ll do
- Coordinate order consolidation, shipment completion, and required documentation to ensure on-time deliveries.
- Evaluate, verify, audit shipments, and assign correct carriers while maintaining shipment trackers.
- Work with carriers to ensure timely pickup, clear the dock daily, and communicate status updates as needed.
- Lead packing and loading activities to maximize labor efficiency and meet same-day shipment priorities.
- Train personnel on trailer loading and dock requirements; verify carrier driver credentials before release.
- Load, dispatch, and invoice shipments, including LTL processing by end of day.
- Delegate work, assign loaders, and maintain high accuracy and efficiency across all shipping operations.
What makes you a good fit
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 6+ months of relevant experience
- Hours 3:00 pm-11:00 pm Monday-Friday
- Strong computer skills are required, and experience with a Warehouse Management System is preferred
- Related shipping experience with supervisory skills preferred.
- Ability/desire to collect and analyze data in support of project related activities
- Excellent communication skills a must

The salary for this role is $18.50- $22.00 plus $1.00 shift differential. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
