This is more than just a front-desk job—you will be the face and voice of our firm. Your primary responsibility is answering and managing phone calls with the utmost professionalism, urgency, and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming phone calls promptly and professionally
• • Accurately transfer calls or take detailed messages
• Greet clients, staff, and guests upon arrival and direct them as needed
• Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area
• Receive and disburse mail, deliveries, and faxes correctly
• Provide general administrative support to attorneys and staff
• Maintain a positive and client-focused attitude to enhance client experience
• Assist with date entry and maintaining accurate records
• Monitor and replenish office supplies

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or in a similar role preferred
• Proven ability to handle high call volumes in a professional manner
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Reliable transportation is required
• Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset

Compensation: $18/hourly
