Oracle’s Application Development Platform team creates the cutting-edge technology platform empowering both Oracle's apps and customers to build next generation, intelligent and feature-rich application extensions. This platform includes Visual Builder Studio, Oracle JET, as well as a set of services for search and business objects.

Visual Builder Studio is the framework for application on the web and mobile platforms. Oracle JET is a collection of open source JavaScript libraries along with a set of Oracle contributed JavaScript libraries that make it as simple and efficient as possible to build applications that consume and interact with Oracle products and services, especially Oracle Cloud services.

We are looking for an experienced front-end engineer engineer to join the team:

* Architect, design and implement features

* Assist other technical employees (QA, Documentation and Marketing)

* Provide technical assistance to customers

As a part of our team, you will design and deliver high-quality features with the capabilities, scalability, and performance required to meet the needs of enterprise customers. The qualified candidate has proven experience in designing and developing software solutions to solve real-world business problems.

Minimum Qualifications

• BS or MS in Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience delivering and operating large software systems at scale.
• User interface and experience work
• Proficient in Javascript / Typescript
• Expertise in front end technologies like HTML, CSS, Java Script. Experience with Bootstrap, React or similar products is a bonus
• Experience building scalable, cloud native distributed systems.
• Experience developing service-oriented architectures and web services solutions.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
• Understanding of REST Architecture and JSON.
• Able to effectively communicate technical ideas verbally and in writing.
• Experience with production operations and best practices for putting quality code in production and troubleshoot issues when they arise.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in AI driven development and use of AI applications
• Full stack software development experience

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $96,800 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
