Position Summary: This position is responsible for conducting processing reviews for quality and accuracy of Certification Services functions and processing of administrative appeal requests. The position requires in-depth knowledge of the application requirements, changes to requirements, and the Certification Services processing procedures. The position will meet with all levels of staff to provide objective feedback relating to the processing review. This requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to deliver constructive feedback.
Requirements
- Performs compliance checks for Certification Service functions based on defined requirements of the position being reviewed.
- Prepares reporting of QA data; identifies trends, and when new data analysis tools are needed.
- Provides training on trouble areas identified in compliance reviews.
- Communicating with Certification Services staff members regarding compliance reviews.
- Maintain knowledge of processing procedures, and requirements for Certification Services functions.
- Preparing and presenting case reviews to Supervisor and/or Director of Certification Services
- Other duties as assigned.

Experience and Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years’ of experience in an administrative support role
- Ability to perform standard math calculations
- Minimum typing speed of 60 wpm with 90% accuracy
- Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), with intermediate Excel skills
- CRM report writing, and data exporting a plus
Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and video conferencing.
Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to listen and speak. This is largely a sedentary role; however, the ability to lift and carry a laptop, lift files, open filing cabinets, frequently type, bend and reach as necessary is essential to the position.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work: This is a regular full-time IN OFFICE position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday
