The primary responsibility of this position is to act in the capacity of Sales Manager in the Business Unit Recycling for Heraeus Precious Metals North America, LLC.  The Sales Manager is responsible for development and achievement of the Recycling Sales short and medium term budget, servicing existing accounts, developing new customers and markets, implementing innovative “value added” bundled solutions for customers, and reporting monthly sales performance to management.  

 

Your Role and Responsibilities: 

• Plan, develop, organize, implement and direct the sales and marketing budget for the Recycling business segment to which the person is assigned (Refining, Reforming or Burning).  Develop and regularly update the sales and budgets forecasts.
• Maintain close contact to key personnel at existing and potential new customers.  This may involve heavy travel within the United States and Canada.
• Constantly evaluate market situation, industry trends, technology trends and competitive environment in relationship to the company’s mid-term strategy.  Regularly update management and technology team on these items.
• Obtain where possible competitive commercial term information on business unit products and services.  To be passed to management for review on a timely basis.
