Job Description

What you get to do in this role:   

  • Lead the product strategy, roadmap and delivery of a new product supporting strategic management  
  • Deliver a workspace that bring together use cases, analytics, and user experience
  • Work with customers to develop, validate, and communicate product vision and direction
    • Meet with clients to understand their viewpoints, communicate the strategy and product roadmap, listen, learn, and get feedback
    • Present and get feedback on designs and prototypes
    • Demo in developed and released code
  • Work with a cross functional team to ensure an understanding of the business needs and potential solutions, accepting the input and building consensus on approach and direction
    • Comfortable making tradeoffs, being the decider, and clear in your vision and decisions
    • Make decisions and tradeoffs, based on discovery sessions with cross functional team, is core to the job
  • Learning mindset to re-evaluate priorities and decisions based on discovery sessions
  • Work with multiple asynchronous teams to guide projects through development and bring high quality products to life
  • Communicate product priorities and build consensus
  • Assume leadership responsibilities committed to the outcome regardless of the role or organizational boundaries
  • Integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into clear product requirements with a goal of simplifying the user experience  
  • Develop and deliver multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the needs of different audiences

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:

  • A track record of successful software product management
  • Strong prioritization skills and the discipline to focus on high impact activities
  • Experience gathering and capturing product requirements and transforming them into a product roadmap
  • An ability to balance traditional and creative approaches, with an eye towards delivering a highly adoptable end-user experience
  • Deep curiosity about customer needs and a track record in building customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions
  • Ability to speak with executives
  • MBA preferred

FD21

For positions in the Bay Area, we offer a base pay of $133,300 - $226,700, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs (subject to eligibility requirements). Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located, and is subject to change based on work location.
