THE JOB:

As a Spa Attendant at our luxury resort, you'll ensure a seamless, rejuvenating experience for our guests. Your role includes maintaining spa cleanliness, preparing treatment rooms, and providing warm, personalized service. With a focus on guest comfort and attention to detail, you'll contribute to a serene and inviting spa environment catering to male clientele.

THE STARTING PAY: $14.00 hourly plus gratuity

THE DAY TO DAY:

• Maintain Cleanliness: Keep spa areas spotless and organized to create a serene environment.

• Prepare Treatment Rooms: Set up and refresh rooms between sessions with attention to detail.

• Greet and Assist Guests: Welcome guests and provide personalized service throughout their visit.

• Replenish Supplies: Ensure towels, robes, and amenities are always stocked and ready.

• Support Therapists: Assist with room preparation and guest requests for smooth operations.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent educational experience preferred

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• A positive, guest-focused attitude and a passion for wellness

• Retail or guest-facing customer service experience

• Ability to constantly stand, walk, bend, reach, kneel, squat, and lift up to 50lbs
