About the Role

The Delivery Director has overall accountability for all aspects of delivery operations for their aligned portfolio. They lead their team to provide high-quality customer interactions and operations results. They identify risks, coach/develop their managers and hold them accountable, identify process improvements, implement management routines, and solve complex problems.

Responsibilities

·       Providing expertise on delivery operations and guidance to team managers.

·       Setting the tone for colleague and team development with managers. Developing and growing team through personal connections. Acting as mentor and coach to all

·       Ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with high quality.

·       Overseeing delivery results for our health care navigation solution via Health Pros and concierge delivery functions

·       Ensuring execution of deliverables and understands what success looks like to all parties (customers, clients & colleagues).

·       Overseeing the integration of navigation solutions and technology. Additionally, accountable for identifying and managing risks to operations delivery and holding team accountable.

·       Tracking and managing to service level agreements and team goals. Participating in ad hoc initiatives.

·       Providing leadership support for complex customer and client situations

·       Identifying and developing process improvements

·       Deploying resource strategy to meet business deliverables

·       Working alongside Client Management, Health Clinical & Administrative Solutions, Customer Care Teams, Shared Services, Point Solutions.

·       Leading training courses for domain and operational fundamentals.

Requirements

·       9+ years of experience in Health Care Industry.

·       Able to work effectively in a team environment.

·       Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

·       Desire to learn continually in a changing environment.

·       Possess exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

·       Prioritize work activities to meet deadlines.
