About the role

The Project Coordinator I – Employer Sales & Account Management will support the management of our employer accounts in a client-facing capacity. This role is integral to the day-to-day execution and success of our employer partnerships, serving as a visible point of contact for client communications, coordination, and deliverables. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment, balancing client responsiveness with internal cross-functional coordination to ensure smooth, timely execution of both ongoing account management work and strategic initiatives. 

This individual will support the full lifecycle of employer account activity, including client meeting preparation, reporting, project tracking, and coordination across our operations, product, marketing, and analytics teams, serving as the voice of the customer across the broader Mount Sinai Solutions team. Additionally, the Project Coordinator I – Employer Sales & Account Management will support growth efforts by contributing to employer-facing proposals and sales initiatives. Employer Sales & Account Management 

  • Serve as a key point of coordination for employer clients, ensuring timely responses, clear communication, and proactive follow-up on client needs.
  • Prepare and manage client-facing materials, including meeting agendas, presentations, utilization reports, and post-meeting summaries.
  • Support employer renewals and sales efforts by contributing to proposals, timelines, and internal planning activities.
  • Execute on employer engagement initiatives to support increased awareness and utilization of services.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, product, navigation, marketing, and analytics teams to deliver high-quality service and ensure client expectations are met.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation of client agreements, deliverables, and ongoing projects.

Project Management

Coordinates and manages moderately complex projects related to clients including: 

  • Maintains up to date records of client agreements.
  • Manages client deliverables and assigns and coordinates staff contributions to those deliverables to ensure adherence to deadlines.
  • Manages development of new proposals and site implementations, including develops and maintains a detailed project schedule, including administrative tasks.
  • Organizes, leads and facilitates project-related meetings, including the creation of agendas and preparation of materials; prepares and/or edits meeting minutes, presentations and tables.
  • Maintains detailed records and documentation of project activity and may be responsible for developing uniform procedures for storing and keeping appropriate documentation.
  • Provides feedback to communicate project findings and creates documentation related to project progress and deliverables as appropriate.
  • Other Duties as Assigned.

 

  • Bachelors’ degree required, or equivalent education and work experience
  • No experience required, 1 year of experience in project coordination preferred
  • Expertise in using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated team player
  • Passion for health care as evidenced by academic or personal pursuits and professional experience

 

Compensation Statement

 

The Mount Sinai Health System (MSHS) provides salary ranges that comply with the New York City Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $64,526.72 - $67,500.00 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, and operational need. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits.
