Job Purpose and Impact

The Master Data Analyst / Specialist will be responsible to execute on customer/ vendors  and materials master data setup and maintenance. We seek a skilled analyst who will partner with all business functions and the corporate global information technology organization to lead and execute the business data requirements.

Key Accountabilities

• Responsible for processing requests for data creation, modification, deletion

• Ensure quality, completeness and consistency of maintained data.

• Support data migration initiatives like data cleansing, enrichment.

• Support data and process improvement efforts, including the identification, re-design, and implementation of opportunities identified utilizing data from audits and metrics.

• Monitor master data overall health of the data and execute cleansing efforts.

• Partner with functional leaders to ensure compliance with data processes and procedures.

• Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Previous experience with SAP (preferable in Master Data)

• Fluent English language skills

• Intermediate Excel knowledge/ work experience

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

 
Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience leading, organizing, and presenting within groups

• Work experience across multiple lines of business and/or within the information technology function

• Any additional foreign language knowledge would be considered as an advantage

• Two years in a relevant business experience
