- Independently build visibility and trust across imaging centers and leadership teams.
- Ensure incident reporting, tracking, and follow-up processes are consistent and effective.
- Lead OSHA and infection control training with strong participation and compliance.
- Assess current safety and compliance practices and identify areas for improvement.
- Begin tracking key metrics and implementing action plans to reduce risk.

What Youโll Do
- Oversee incident reporting, investigation, tracking, and follow-up actions.
- Monitor trends and implement strategies to reduce risk and improve safety outcomes.
- Lead OSHA training for new hires and annual compliance programs.
- Develop and deliver clinical training materials including presentations, videos, and guides.
- Manage employee health programs including immunizations and annual flu program.
- Maintain compliance with infection prevention standards including CDC, OSHA, and AAAHC.
- Conduct site visits, inspections, and environmental rounds with action planning.
- Chair the Patient Safety Committee and track performance metrics.
- Ensure proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials.
- Supervise staff and support hiring, training, and performance management.

Qualifications
Required
- Bachelorโs degree in nursing and active Virginia RN license.
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical or employee health experience.
- A comparable combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Strong knowledge of infection control and environmental health standards. <
