Senior 3D Artist - Sanzaru

Sanzaru is looking for an experienced 3D Artist to join our AAA development team in crafting visually stunning and immersive worlds.
As a 3d Artist, you will work directly with discipline leads and collaborate with other artists and designers to help build and implement an array of quality assets for our future AAA VR projects.Senior 3D Artist - Sanzaru Responsibilities

• Create high and low poly models, ensuring high-quality bakes and efficient use of texture resolution.
• Produce assets that are well optimized and maintain a balance of quality and performance.
• Utilize PBR workflows to create realistic textures and materials for assets.
• Interpret abstract ideas or concept art into the creation of compelling photorealistic assets.
• Collaborate with designers and engineers to develop and implement interactive props.
• Work directly with level artists to develop sets and props that inject life into the environment.
• Work with the Lead 3d Artist to help improve processes and workflow.
• Receive and apply feedback to meet project milestones and quality standards.
• Maintain and adhere to project organization and file management.
• Proactive engagement with the design process and playtesting regularly.

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience working on AAA video game titles on consoles, PC or VR. With a focus on 3D asset creation for games.
• Experience with Unreal, Zbrush, Substance, Photoshop, Maya, and/or other 3D software.
• Great attention to detail and an can recognize how small details contribute to something greater.
• A demonstrated experienced to do both hard surface and organic modelling.
• Great organization skills and an can to adapt easily to changes in process or project direction.
• Experience working in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with VR/AR development or optimization.
• Production experience building environment sets.
• Working knowledge of Substance Designer.

$126,000/year to $175,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
