Job Title: Senior Manager Product Owner (multiple openings)
Job Location: Riverwoods, Illinois
Job Type: Full Time
Duties: Develops product family vision and roadmap – ensures alignment with Business Director and POs in same product family. Partners with Business Director and POs developing, maintaining, and presenting the vision and overarching product roadmap to support business unit goals. Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies.
Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or a related field and 8 years of experience in the job offered, a Product Owner or Software -related occupation.
Position required skills: Position requires: Managing and prioritizing sprint backlogs using VSTS, JIRA and Rally; Developing user stories from prioritized features and identifying acceptance criteria for user stories; Advanced Microsoft Office skills including spreadsheet creation and documentation in Excel; Visual collaboration using MIRO and LeanIX; Project management using JIRA, Loop Component, and Service Now; Data visualization using Tableau and Power BI; and Business process decision making and documentation using IBM BlueWorks Live.
Position eligible for incentives under Employee Referral Program
Rate of Pay: The base pay for this position generally ranges between $196,123.00 to $206,700.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
