Job Description
The Key Accounts Implementation Specialist provides full support of Guardant’s technology portfolio including Electronic Medical Records (EMR), interface capabilities and our portals. They support sales growth and promote client retention through a collaborative effort with field sales representatives by positioning the company's growing connectivity technology solutions portfolio with customers and prospects. The Key Accounts Implementation Specialist will also act as the voice of the customer by listening to needs for product enhancements and providing critical feedback to the Product Marketing and Development teams. This position is involved in converting clients who are ordering laboratory tests manually to electronic ordering. This position will have an assigned sales area and work closely with field sales and key account team.
- Primary focus on connectivity solutions including online portal and EMR/LIS interfaces. Provide consultative support to clients to ensure optimal placement and utilization of Guardant’s technology solutions to provide the optimal customer experience, allowing care teams to spend more time with their patients.
- Support the commercial organization by providing consultative services in support of electronic ordering initiatives. Develop a consultative and advisory relationship with key customers for their information technology needs.
- Maintain subject matter expertise around topics such as EMR interface capabilities, genomic discreet data and workflow recommendations.
- Partner with IT and commercial teams to improve internal processes and drive growth of lab revenue through the use of electronic orders/reports technology solutions.
- Is a value based resource for the customer for questions and problem resolution.
- Provide data analytics and insight to sales team on leveraging technology to grow and enhance business relationships.
- Work closely with sales to understand customer issues related to technology and serve as escalation point for opportunities for improvement pertaining to our technology portfolio.
- Work closely with training team to provide content and didactic training on technology solutions and enhancements to the Commercial and customer service teams.
- Follow up with customers to ensure proper utilization of established digital interface and revenue growth in the account with an emphasis on promoting electronic orders.
- Work experience of 5+ years, with 3+ years of successful healthcare data analytics and electronic orders to results interface knowledge, and customer service or sales experience
- Working knowledge of Electronic Medical Record and/or Laboratory Information Systems programs preferred
- Strong knowledge of physician office workflow, Oncology experience preferred
- Experience with genomic file format nomenclature a plus

Qualifications
Education Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in IT, Life Sciences preferred
