Summary of Role & Key Responsibilities

Summary of Role
We are looking for a technologically inclined Senior / Principal Consultant to manage and deliver ESG and EHS projects. With the focus on Finland but with daily global collaboration project opportunities, you will work closely with Anthesis colleagues from our national and international network to deliver tailored ESG consulting solutions to our clients who represent various industries and geographies. Our projects comprise e.g. ESG or EHS due diligence projects, CSRD gap analyses, roadmaps and implementation projects, and permitting and regulatory support and decarbonization projects to mention a few, and depending on your background and interest you will have a possibility to participate in projects of different business and service lines. You will be supported by experienced colleagues and we hope you will be motivated to bring your personality, knowledge and experience to the company.  

We are looking for a full time role but are flexible to accommodate your needs.

Key responsibilities:

• ESG and EHS Due diligence projects;  
• General ESG advisory;   
• Environmental and health and safety compliance assessments, and regulatory and permitting support;
• CSRD gap analyses, roadmaps and implementation programs;  
• Other sustainability projects.

Key Requirements, Skills Knowledge & Expertise

Key Requirements

• Finnish and/or other Nordic language proficiency; 
• 4-6 years of experience from environmental, EHS or ESG consulting;  
• Upper university degree in environmental or technical sciences or similar;
• High interest to work in international teams;
• Strong communication and analytical skills;
• Strong organizational and project management skills;
• Able to work on virtual teams across different time zones; and 
• Interest/motivation to engage in an exiting and dynamic working environment to drive sustainable performance.
